PIX 520 software upgrade

I have a PIX 520 with 2MB flash card and 16MB RAM. What is the latest image that I can load onto this? Thanks.

PIX Software version 4.4(x) - 2 MB Flash, 16 MB RAM

4.4(x) is the only match that comes up for 2 MB Flash, 16 MB RAM

you can go for version 4.4(x) .It requires 2 MB Flash, 16 MB RAM minimum.
