PIX 525 v6.3 and Websense not working with Hotmail

PIX 525 Ver 6.3 and Websense not working with Hotmail. I have done the Websense support recommended steps to fix this but still with websense on we can not get to Hotmail. Any suggestions....I understand this has to do with long urls

Any chance you can post your PIX config for review? I am heading out for the weekend shortly so if no one else takes a look, I will be sure to Monday morning or sometime over the weekend.

Sorry thanks ...I have fixed the issue...the person that passed the task had not completed all the suggested fixes...the recommended fixes were for using 6.2 and I am using 6.3 plus PDM provides an easy GUI just for url filtering...in short I changed the max url size and buffer mem and all works...thanks again
