Hi,
I've a numerous ISDN users dialing to a Cisco1720 router which is connected to a Pix525 one of the ethernet port to access one of the zone secured by the Pix. I'm able to dial-in and get an IP address from the router but cannot access other zone, and I can only ping the Pix ethernet port that is connected to the Cisco1720.
P/S : I'm not familiar with Pix.
Thanks.

Hello Carol,
There are a lot of things to think of.
1/ Which port of the pix is connected to the router (inside . outside, dmz)
2/ What traffic is allowed to pass through the pix (depend on the interface you use)
3/ Does the traffic need to be nat if it changed from interface
4/ Does the pix know the route back to the dial-in person
etc etc.
So please tell more about your configuration
Greetings,
Rene van Wolferen

Hi Rene,
1/ The router is connected to the dmz port. (Pix firewall has 5 ports - 3 dmz, 1 outside, 1 inside)
Actually, Im not familiar with Pix, and that's why I'm not answering ur further question.
Can i email you the config ?
Thanks...
