We have a pair of PIX 525 (v6.2.2) set up as a failover pair with Serial + crossover LAN failover cables providing the conversation between the two, and various other interfaces providing network connectivity (4FE, 2xGig). Whereas we believe this setup was working properly, since upgrading from 6.1.4 to 6.2.2 we now find that the failover PIX is continuously rebooting itself at the same place half-way through displaying the configuration it's got from the Primary device. Licences are OK. We have swapped out the rebooting PIX with another PIX, but the problem persists. The PIX doesn't reboot when run as a standalone device.
No reference on Cisco to the Error message.
Any suggestions appreciated !!!

I have played around some more, and found that the Failover PIX actually manages to download the configuration from the Primary, but crashes very soon after this update event.
