PIX and HSRP router

Hi, in my company I have 3 routers Cisco2600. For 2 of this router I have configure a HSRP protocol with wirtual IP 192.168.3.10/22 (the physical IP address of the ethernet interface is 192.168.1.10/22 and 192.168.2.10/22). The other router have this IP address 192.168.1.4/22.

On the same network I installed a PIX 515e with IP 192.168.0.1/22. The PIX can ping both 192.168.3.10 and 192.168.1.4 but same time in the ARP cache of PIX the IP Addr. 192.168.1.4 have the MAC address of the other router with HSRP.

I can change this situation with the reeboot of the router 192.168.1.4.

Why in the PIX's ARP cache there is the wrong association?

Examine the 2 routers which participate in HSRP and see if they have proxyarp enabled.

The reboot of 1.4 fixes your issue, and a shut follwed by a noshut of the 1.4 router's lan interface ought to fix it as well, because it issues a gratuitous arp command to insure that no other devices has that mac adddress.

Also, run the show route command on the pix 515 and let me know what it contains.
