Can anyone tell me what is the bandwidth limit of my PIX-515 running V6.3.4?

Take a look at this document - Cisco PIX Security Applicances At-A-Glance:

Basicly they talk about 190 bidirectional Firewall troughput.
The interface is 100MB Fullduplex.
Depending on the Licence, up to 130 000 Max connections.
