PIX certification (CSPFA)....

I'm intrested in PIX certification( CSPFA) for better job opportunity, but to get certification I need to clear four papers(MCSN, CSPFA,CSIDS,CSVPN).

Getting training on all these are not possible due to cost/fee and location of courses.

My question is If I clear only CSPFA then it would be helpful or not?

Other papers need any training or can be achived by books only?

I only did a traininh on MCNS, the rest I did with books and on the job experience. The PIX501 is not too expensive, and can be used for handson.

Actually I'm also planning books for MCNS, but for CSPFA, I do not have access to PIX so planning for the training, where I can do handson ....Do you think without handson OR training CSPFA can be achived?

According to Cisco's new certification list, Clearing CSPFA exam would fetch you Cisco Firewall Specialist but the prerequisite is CCNA.

As far as hands on goes, you can buy inexpensive PIX firewall simulation alongwith the CBTs.

I cleared all 4 exams and I have a CSS1 certification. I have the study materials for CSPFA, CSIDS, CSVPN on CDs. VERY good. if you need them

Can you guys send me the name of the books I need to get in order for me to start the firewall certification, I already have my CCNA so I'm planning in going for the security part of it.
