Hello,

Here are some troubleshooting tips

Can the Pix ping the new tftp server?

Is the tftp server running on that new host?

Can you tftp from another device to this new tftp server?

Hope that helps! If so, please rate.

Check that you have a route to the 10.x.x.x network.

==> show route

Add a route to the 10.x.x.x network on the interface 1.

route INTERFACE-NAME 10.x.x.x 255.x.x.x GATEWAY-IP

Then do a ping verify that route is working to the tftp server.

sincerely

Make sure you have any software firewalls disabled, expecially if you are using XP or 2003 server as your TFTP server
