our web design team want to use streaming for our website. ive done NAT on the webserver/streaming (darwin software). theres no problem accessing from LAN
from WAN,
i can access rtsp://www.x.com:554/filename.mov using quicktime. but not using webbrowser from external network (http://www.x.com:554/filename.mov
i read about this.
"PIX Firewall does not have the ability to recognize HTTP cloaking where RTSP messages are hidden in the HTTP messages"
can somebody double confirm on this ? thank you

Thats true, PIX cannot identity if it is in HTTP. You may need IDS for this purpose.
