I have a pix 515e and I want to give the outside interface asecond ip address. Can this be done ?

No, you can only apply one IP address to a PIX interface.

By second ip address, do you mean in a different subnet, like the 'secondary' option on a router? If so, no you can't.
Or do you mean another ip address for inbound or outbound connections? If this is what you want, look at the static and global commands.
