PIX license issue

Dear All,

Am I right that for PIX restricted license, I cannot enable failover? In other words, once I enabled failover license, the PIX must be unrestricted license.

Yes, you need to upgrade to the UR license to be able to use failover.

Yes u are right. Failover will not work on a restricted license on either the primary or secondary firewwall. It must be an unrestricted license on the primary and same or failover license or secondary.
