To upgrade the software on the PIX 515, do I just need to issue the following:
copy tftp://172.16.6.100/pix622.bin flash
and then reload?
Sounds too easy.

What is your current image? If its 5.1 or higher, then you are fine with your commands. If before 5.1, then you have more work to do (as they have no copy command. Need to boot into monitor mode and upgrade in that mode). Also, are you in failover? If yes, do the secondary pix first (disconnect cables, upgrade, reconnect, disconnect active, upgrade, reconnect) then the active primary PIX.
Hope it helps.

Steve,
I was upgrading from 6.0 to 6.22. Did a TFTP, rebooted and loaded the new PDM and everything seems to be working fine. Thanks.
