Pix to router Connectivity problem

Hi...

I am new in security.Sorry for stupid quest.

Pl find the attachment for pix and router config.Problem is that i am not able ping router to pix and vice-versa.

Check if your interfaces are up with the 'show interface' command. Chances are your speed is the problem either set them both to auto or hard code them both.

Couple of things -

1) make the speed and duplex match on each end. So on router

int fa0/0

speed 100

2) If you have connected the router directly to the pix ie. no switch in between, then you need to use a crossover cable.

If you use a switch in between then you can use straight thru cables for both the router and the pix.
