I have a PIX 501 with a 50 user license. I need to move that over to a PIX 501 (currently active) that has a 10 user license. Is there any way to do that (without the license key) besides physically swapping them out? Or is the key that I'm looking for the Running Activation Key?
License keys cannot be moved from one PIX to another. The license keys are tied to the HW. These FWs would have to be swapped out or you can purchase another key and use the activation key command and a reload.
