Does pix535, powered by 7.2.2 engine, support 14 interfaces? It worked well in 6.X version. Does anybody has practical experience? Unfortunately I don't have enough interfaces at this moment to figure things out manually:(

If you PIX has Unrestricted Software License, PIX can support two 10/100 Fast Ethernet interfaces, and support for up to twelve additional 10/100 Fast Ethernet or nine Gigabit Ethernet interfaces.
This means at the max we can either have 14 Fastethernet interfaces or 2 Fastethernt interfaces and 9 Gigabit interfaces (Total 11).
Hope that helps.

Vibhor.

I have been on the fence, but your message has swayed me. I was kind of 'agnostic' about believing product documentation.
Thanks a lot.
