Hi Brian,
PIX525 (8.04)will probably have different command line syntax comparing ASA 5510(8.3). So some configuration will have to be "translated" to new ASA.

I have to agree with Jan,
The issue might be that you are running a version different than the one on the PIX (and as an example after 8.3 the entire syntax-configuration changed) so you will have a home-work if this is the case,
