Policy enforcement on Organization Unit (OU) basis - integration with Active Directory

When we integrate the Firepower / FMC with Active Directory, I know we can apply policies on a per-user and a per-group basis.

Is it possible to apply policies on a Organization Unit (OU) basis?

This is not possible, but adding all users of an OU to a certain group would be an easy workaround. MS Technet has multiple examples for this.
