We are having an issue with video calls dropping after 2 hours. This involves the Polycom VSX and our 525 PIX 7.2.1, Here are bits of the config, any suggestions would be apprrciated.

I did try changing the timeout xlate 2:00:00 to 3:00:00, the problem continues.

One think to check is the polycom unit itself as I can remmber that there was 'max call timer'(or something along those lines)on the ones we used and that needed to be extended from the defaults (which was 2 hours). We also altered the firewall timeouts as well.
