PPTP problems after upgrade

I recently moved from a PIX over to a 3005 Concentrator for my PPTP and IPSEC VPN users. Occasionally I recieved troubletickets for users who say they login using PPTP but immediatly gets kicked out. The only change was the I turned on encryption for the 3005. Has anyone expieranced this type of problem, or know of any online resource to help me troubleshoot.

The problem may be due to some hardware/software that is not supported. Just check the document for more information on Cisco Hardware and VPN Clients Supporting IPSec/PPTP/L2TP.
