I am trying to do integration between User Agent Cisco and firepower management Cisco, however, shows me the following error "Unable to connect to Firepower Management Center. I have read that it is possible that port 3306 tcp is closed, so make a telnet to the address of firepower to port 3306 and could not open the connection. I would appreciate the support.
Version firepower: 6.1.0-330
Version User Agent: 2.3.10
Thank you

Can you confirm that your FMC is listening on tcp 3306? From the FMC cli issue the following:
netstat -a | grep 3306
If it is listening then you have something between the host running User Agent and the FMC that is blocking the connection.
