i have a problem with my fmc , so i activated smart licence with smart account to my fmc and the result was Out-of-Compliance in my fmc and the other licences is working base threat and malware !
any idea ?

Your FMCv instances require a smart license for themselves. You should have received that entitlement with the purchase.
If you didn't, contact your reseller, licensing@cisco.com or the Cisco TAC to remedy that situation.
