QPM 3.0 failure to install

The following error is reported when attempting to install QPM 3.0

Interactive SQL usage

Usage DBISQL [FLAGS] [SQL coomand]

Flags -C

-D

-Q

-X

installation continues and advises successful but when attempting to start QPM from ciscoworks.....................error

The page cannot be displayed .....................................

Anybody had the same issue ? comments

What is the version of Windows that you're using for QPM 3.0?. Is it Windows 2000 Professional, Server or Advanced Server? What is the Windows Service Pack installed? Are there any other applications installed on this server with QPM 3.0?

W2k server , Sp2 , no other packages , same error on 2 servers .

Any ideas ?

Are you logged into the Win2K Server as the Local Administrator?
