"Threat Data Updates on Devices" monitor failure on HA Standby FTD

I have a HA cluster of FTD (Active/Standby). On FMC, the monitoring is complaining failures in screenshot below for the Standby FTD. Everything is healthy on the Active primary FTD and FMC... I do not see any blockings or DNS issues...Any suggestions? The running firmware is v6.6.4 and Cisco Cloud Region is set as "us-east-1 (US Region)" in FMC.

No, it is not that bug... I checked already.

Figured out...It was SSL policy blocking the firewall MGMT...But the mystery is why it did not block the primary firewall MGMT...
