reboot tentative and console putty is black

Hello

we have  firewall ASA5506-X  Cisco .

Problem : 

reboot tentative and console putty is black ... .nothing to display in the putty.

so i need to know what's the problem !!!  and what's the solution ??

i wait a reply from expert Security FW  ASA Cisco 5000 and a help for this problem .

on 5506-X physical box what light color you observe?

any power outrage happened recently?

stupid question but you are connecting to the right COM port from computer? if answer is yes. than it could be the ASA gone brick (faulty) and need replacement.
