We're upgrading our infrastructure between buildings and want to know if we can have two (Inside Interface) inputs to a Firepower 2110 to a single (Outside Interface)?
We have a standard collapsed core network with a two FWs in a cluster in one building and one of the backbone L3 switches in each location.
I would like to connect a second (Inside Interface) from the L3 switch in the second building to the FW in the first. Can you have two inputs?
Eventually we want to get a WAN boundary in the second building, but that's a future capability.
In the case of a failure of one Backbone the other can continue to forward traffic to the WAN transport.
If it can be done how do you configure it in the FMC?
