I need to know how to monitor ASA with FirePower Services for both hardware modules on ASA 5585-X and software modules on all other ASA platforms - using either SNMP traps, syslog messages or API on a ScienceLogic EM7 platform.
Where can I find information that describes how to tell if the hardware module in the ASA 5585-X chassis is up or down, if the software module in the other ASA platforms is operational, what KPI's and traps to monitor, what syslog messages to look for and/or what XML data objects to extract?
What is a necessary and sufficient set of faults in order to satisfy basic health and status monitoring requirements for FirePower?
I found a document describing faults for the FirePower 9300 series - but this appears to be a stand-alone appliance. Does this information apply for ASA with FirePower or is it unique to the 9300 series?
