Restore configuration on FMC managed FTDv?

Based on what I see in docs, looks like it must be done via CLI? 

I try to log into the FTDv via WinSCP and receive "Cannot initialize SFTP protocol. Is the host running an SFTP server?

I don't see anything about having to enable SFTP on the FTD or something.

On the FMC, the RESTORE button is never enabled when clicking on a saved backup file that I would use.
