Router/PIX 515 question

Hello,

I'm trying to secure the vty ports on my router by doing the following commands:

access-list 20 permit 10.0.0.11

line vty 0 4

access-class 20 in

I want only that IP address to be able to log into the router, however, there is a PIX inbetween the router and the internal PC which is natting the IP's. What do I need to do on the PIX in order to get this to work?

Hi,

You need a translation and access permission (maybe)

e.g.

nat (inside) 1 0 0

global (outsie) 1 inter

etc.
