Secondary PIX Failover Unit passing traffic

How long will a secondary PIX in a failover bundle pass traffic while the primary is down? Will it timeout?

Hi,

the secondary pix stays active untill the 'failover active' command is issued on the primary pix (when the primary pix is back online). It will not timeout.
