Secure Client Download Page

I'm running Cisco FMC version 7.4.x and I can't find the setting to turn off the Secure Client Download Page on the outside interface. I've checked the remote access policies and I can't find where I do this. I remember the checkbox on ASDM that disabled the page and let you leave a comment that showed up in it's place but I can't find it in FMC.

We use a flexconfig for this feature, commonly referred to as "keepout".
