Security on SPAN port

HI Guys.

Quick question

Is it possible to create a SPAN port on a C9300 and configure port (monitoring) so it's not possible to sent data through it only recieving data?

Not sure what is the use case, you looking to Mirror the Traffic passing the Wire, and you want to use same source to send your mirror traffic, how that can be achived for you to get optimum results ?
