Session SFR do password reset doesn't work

Hi guys,

I'm unable to login to firepower through ssh or asdm, 

when i issue session sfr password-reset i get invalid do command, is there any other method to reset password?

also is there any user lockout policy configured by default?

i tried upgrading ASDM, ASA configuration loads after session timeout (around 20 min) or if i remove the management interface.

ASA version 9.16

ASDM version 7.18

Firepower 7.0.3-37

Issue solved, we found  the old password to login to sfr module.
