Should I install firepower on ASA-5515-X?

I don't know too much about Cisco firewall, we are using ASA 5515-X for remote VPN (Anyconnect SSL VPN) with 100 user license. 

I just want to know, Can we configure the same VPN service on Firepower with no extra license?

No.

Whether you are asking about FirePOWER service module or re-imaging to FirePOWER Threat Defense (FTD), either method requires additional licensing to function.

Additionally, FTD doesn't support remote access VPN just yet. It is expected in release 6.2.1, due out soon.
