Hello,
Recently i just installed an ASA5508 for a client, They using D-link adsl Modem connected to the Cisco Router 4321 and then the router connected to my ASA on interface GE 1/3 for outside and my inside interface is connected to GE1/1 to Cisco Catalyst 4507R+E.
But the client complaining internet was so slow after deploying the ASA, i ask the ISP to check and after they checking , they said that the problem is with the ASA . Then i notice got some discussion about slow internet speed after through ASA in the community , so i follow some of the troubleshoot such as error in the interface , duplex and speed for interface but it still the same. For the error i have checked that no error in the inside and outside interface of ASA and for the speed and duplex i already set it to auto.
Here i attached the configuration for the ASA.
I'd really like some suggestion or ideas on what causing this or where to start looking because i not really sure where to begin.

Any reason why your provider claims it is the ASA?
also, can you test through put, by plugging laptop straight behind router of DSL RTR and do a speed test.
I wouldn't blindly go on what your provider claims, especially if there is no technical backup.
also, is it intermittently "slow"?

well i cannot argue more to the ISP because the ISP came from government internet, but i do speed test behind the cisco router 4321 and the speed is 10 mb fine. Before the user came in to the building , i have check the speed test after asa and the speed is 9.8 mb, but idk why after the user came and used the internet , the speed became slower and slower.

hi,
is the user on wifi? is the connection still slow when using a "wired" connection to his PC?
can you post a brief diagram and 4321 router config? try masking sensitive info.

both wifi and wired connection still slow, and for the router configuration i cannot get it because the provider is from the government internet and he say its confidential.
