Cisco has decommissioned the root certificate, either upload the new root certificate or upgrade.

@mze that package is not valid for the current version you are running. Download the version 6.6.5.2 or 7.0.1 (which is the current gold star recommended version). It would be quicker to replace the certificate as per the link to resolve you initial issue.
