SNMP Monitoring Mult-Context ASA

I have a number of ASAs that are running in mult-context mode.  I want to monitor the physcial interface throughput of the ASA using and SNMP tool.  Via the differnet contexts, I can see the sub-intrefaces but not the physicals.  I have not allocated any of the physical interfaces to a specific context. They are visable via the system context, but I can only access the system context from the CLI.  Any ideas??

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to poll the system space via SNMP. This is because the system space has no IP connectivity (except for failover).

The only way to remotely and automatically get statistics from the system space would be to script an SSH/Telnet session using something like Expect.

Hope that helps.
