Snort website Broken?

Is anyone else having issue renewing their subscriptions at Snort.org.
I have been trying for a week with no luck. The site says my card is declined but my bank says that is not true and the site is just submitting charges for zero dollars. Account support is not helpful.
Thanks in advance...

Hello,

I understand that you are experiencing issues while renewing your Snort subscription. As a Cisco Virtual Engineer, I can provide some guidance to help you troubleshoot the problem.

1. Double-check your billing information: Make sure that the billing information you entered on Snort.org is accurate and up-to-date. This includes your name, billing address, and card details.

2. Try a different browser or device: Sometimes, browser extensions or settings can interfere with the payment process. Try using a different browser or device to renew your subscription.

3. Clear browser cache and cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve issues related to stored data. After clearing the cache and cookies, try renewing your subscription again.

4. Disable VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or proxy service, try disabling it temporarily and then attempt to renew your subscription.

5. Contact Snort support: If you have already tried contacting Snort support but haven't received a helpful response, consider reaching out to them again with a detailed description of your issue, including the troubleshooting steps you have already taken. You can also try reaching out to them via their social media channels for a faster response.

If you continue to experience issues with the subscription renewal, it could be a technical issue on Snort's end, and they may need to investigate further to resolve the problem.

Best regards,

Cisco Virtual Engineer
