Hello.
We have bought ASA 5506-x. Now we need to implement Active Directory Integration. So we need Sourcefire User Agent. How can I download it?

Hello Team,

This shows that the device is not yet associated with the Cisco Contract.

Please call the cisco entitlement team to assocaite the contract with the serial number of the device. Once its done, you can download the images.

  • Entitlement : +1 408-902-6769

If you any need any further assistance you should contact your accounts team to arrange this.

Hello Team,

If you need to install the useragent , then you need to download the useragent from the Cisco Download portal using the cisco customer id and credentials.

A Cisco service contract is required to download software

If I buy new device I can not implement AD Integration without additional contract?
