The new PIX Device Manager uses SSL to communicate to the PIX. Is that what you are referring to? Or are you talking about SSL through the PIX? Please describe what you are trying to accomplish.

If you are referring to terminating SSL on the PIX, we were told by Cisco that the PIX cannot handle this termination. In this case, they would point you in the direction of a solution they have with SonicWall to terminate the SSL traffic. I can supply the white paper if you are interested.

Yes the question was if we can use PIX to terminate SSL session. We are using a LINUX box with Appache software to encrypt/decrypt SSL session. I prefer to use PIX solution if there is any.
Thanks.
