Hi,when i restart my pix firewall (failover unit ) its boots in the ROMMON mode which means there is a problem with the IOS but the problemis when i try to install the IOS on it which is 6.2(1) it gives me the following error message ...................

My existing pix (failover unit) has IOS of (5.3) veersion and i want to update it to 6.2(1) but when i try to copy tftp flash it shows !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these marks as its tranfering image but at the end the following message appears.Received 164613...

Why am I seeing this 3 "Deny"s considering that : a) The pix should store the state b) The src/dest should kill the session (1st and 3rd Deny) not the firewall - unless the state has obviously timed out, which in this case you can see with the timest...

I want to download the pix image from my existing firewall to the newly bought failower firewall so that both of them would have the same IOS image and i can setup failover.

Does anyone know if PIX 6.1 support subnet-zero?We have 172.16.0.0 with 255.255.252.0 in the inside network. Can we use on the PIX inside interface 172.16.0.1 for example (which is in subnet-zero?)thanks?
