SSL certificate for Webvpn

Hi,

I have a problem installing SSL Certitificate for VPN3000, I have requested the SSL request in right order to Globalsign. As I have gone through the cisco forums, I have also Installed the CA chain in certificate authorities on vpn.

I have go the certificate from global sign and when I try to certificate it says that below

Error installing identity certificate: Invalid signature.

I have gone through the documentation many times and do not know where I am missing something. I have also emailed Globalsign for that problem. I have done all the request manually.

Can someone tell me the certificate which I have got from Globalsign, it is called Identity certificate?

certificate file name is cert.p7c.

I hope to hearing from VPN guro any advice please.

Hi, I have managed to download the certificate from globalsin in x.509 for and enable to install it as Identity certificate.

Can someone advice me how to install the SSL certificate and whats the difference between both.

If I go to the page below:

Administration | Certificate Management | Enroll | Identity Certificate

Select the enrollment method for the identity certificate. To install a certificate with SCEP, the issuing CA's certificate must also be installed with SCEP. Click here to install a new CA using SCEP before enrolling.

Enroll via PKCS10 Request (Manual)

I do not see the option for SSL certificate.

I am running 4.1.7.D software version.

I am badly stuck here.
