Hello Exports

I have a pair ASA8.2 runing on Active/Standby mode.  I know before ASA8.3 Cisco ASA don't share licenses, well how about SSL certificate?  Do I need to create SSL certificates request CSR files from both ASAs, then get and install SSL certificates on both ASA individually?  Or one SSL certificate is OK?

thanks a lot for your help.

A single 3rd party certificate will be replicated. You need to use the bulk replication process - initiated via either "write standby" or power cycle. (You can also simply copy the certificate file onto the standby disk0: manually.)
