SSL timeouts on PIX 525

Hello

I have a Pix525 configured with several DMZ's, in one of the DMZ's I have a citrix secure Gateway farm which is available to the outside world on port 443, this works fine, however if a remote client remains idle for approx 10 minutes the session times out. Does the Pix have ant sort of default timeout values associated to SSL?

Hi,

As far as I know theres no specific timers on the PIX associated to client/server SSL sessions.

By default the timers on the PIX are set to 1 hr for a connection. 10 minutes sounds more like a timer on a server or client IP stack, or somehting withint the software client.
