Startup and running configuration not in Sync on ASA

Startup and running configuration are not showing up identical, Even after doing "Wr mem" on the device. Its not showing any error after issuing the command "wr mem" but the when i compare both the startup and running configurations manually we see a mismatch.

Please suggest and help me.

Configuration and Cryptochecksum differences.

Hi,

Show run and show configuration crypto checksums seem to be different on one example firewall of ours and theres no different with running/startup configurations

EDIT: Gah, reading too fast again. So I guess there is differences in the actual configurations too.
