Static IP address for VPN users

Hello

I have a vpn setup which is working on a Pix 535 firewall. I have more then 100 VPN accounts but my problem is that the vpn users are getting ip address from a common pool and i do not have control on the IP address. I want to configure the system in such a way that one a vpn id connect to the system should get the same ip address always  which is defined by me so that i can implement the firewall policy on the basis of that ip . Presently i have to assign the policy on the vpn id groups...
