Swapping licences when upgrading ASAv

Does Anyconnect licenses can be preserved and swaped when upgrading from ASAv10 to ASAv30 ?

As long as they are not VPN Only licenses, it works fine. ASAv uses Smart licenses and AnyConnect (now known as Cisco Secure Client) Essentials and Premium Smart licenses are per unique user and not restricted to use by a single headend device.
