Talos Connectivity Problem

Hi to all ,

i am getting many messages as the following:

Severity: critical
Module: Talos Communication
Description: 3 modules failed:

• * URLDB- Failed to retrieve beaker inventory
• * LSP- Failed to retrieve beaker inventory

My subscription is active (it expires in 2026).  

Any ideas about why is this happening?   Is it a problem that has to do with Talos?

Please note that this is the first time i get this message. 

The only change i did some days ago was to change the "Cached URLs Expire" which was set to never and i changed it to "week" but i do not think that my issue has something to do with it.

Thanks to Cisco, they heard our prayers... 🙂
Today I saw that error has been gone
And cert now for the 1 year!!! hoooooray!

Same alert appeared when we upgraded our FMC to 7.6.6.

We've tried several commands to renew and restart Talos - to no aveil.

Alert cleared the next day. So I guess it might need time for the latest update/deployment of LSPs.

Ditto, the cert was renewed over night and the health monitor is now all green 🙂 Not sure what process has renewed the cert though

Hi,

Have you enabled the Cisco Security Cloud or registered the FMC with Cisco Smart Software Manager for licensing, or was the certificate renewed even without these integrations?

No, Cisco Security Cloud integration isn't enabled, but I did enable the "Enable Cisco Success Network" option. This was suggested in Troubleshoot Talos Connectivity Status - Cisco
