TCP reset interface

I would like to know if we can assign a management interface as an alternate TCP reset interface?

If yes then how and if no then why?

Could anyone please explain to me if we can assign a management interface as an alternate TCP reset interface in CISCO 4200 series IDS/IPS?

Please consider my request as urgent - need to configure this in a production environment.

No a management interface can not be used an alternate TCP reset interface.

The management interface is controlled by a different driver/method than used for the monitoring interfaces. The sensorApp process can attach to and receive and transmit packets on the monitoring interfaces, but is not able to attach to the management interface and so can not transmit Resets out the management interface.
