Threat Updates on FMC 7.3.1 via Proxy

Hello,

We have an issue receiving errors for failure in connecting to the Cisco Cloud Services. We cannot use internet access directly and on the Management interface there is a proxy configured but the error persists.

Is there a separate proxy configuration that needs to be done to send out the traffic to Cisco Cloud Services?

Have you enabled the proxy in FMC under System > Configuration > Management interfaces?

Hello, Marvin,

Yes, there is a proxy configured there but the Cloud Integration errors persist.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to it.

Is this the only place to configure a proxy so that the FMC tries to download the threat intelligence feed?
