TLS issue with sensor in Cisco works

HI,

Can anyone provide me with a pointer to this problem.

Where is the best place to look for the connectivity problems with sensor / device 3. Events do not indicate a problem. The sensor has been setup with a trial key, but sensor 4 (partner) is working fine. Thanks.

I had the same problem (at least the same symptoms), drove me crazy, one third of my sensors wouldn't connect (same software and configs on them all) I finally tracked it down to a bad line in the allowed hosts ACL. I was allowing a specific host IP address, but used a netmask for a whole subnet.
